THE COMPANY. OUR DNA, OUR METHODOLOGY

Since 1986 we are specialists in the development of technologically advanced solutions for the automation of industrial processes.

Currently, we manufacture standardized robotic machinery, with 3D vision and artificial intelligence technology, for the automation of processes of part sorting, binpicking, racking and 3D verification of parts in non-deterministic scenarios.

We build standardized solutions that solve scenarios impossible to automate until now. Our machines do not just perform the task but, thanks to AI, they have the ability to make decisions and solve by themselves the incidents that occur in variable production, minimizing downtime and working with maximum performance.

We are specialists in automated solutions for stamping and casting processes.

OUR VISION

Until now, robotics has always worked within deterministic scenarios. All movements, paths,… are determined; they are fixed. This has limited the performance of the solutions, forcing an ordered sequence when manipulating objects with a robot.

With the adoption of 2D and 3D localization systems, this has been slightly improved, but without avoiding the limits of the deterministic scenario.

The reality is that our customers transport their products in disarray inside deformed containers, or hanging on racks, or on conveyors. In short, the parts are always out of order and the conveyor systems are deformed and deteriorate over time.

This means that, in order to automate these processes, the container parks must be updated with others in which the parts are well positioned, with precise containers, etc., which makes it unfeasible due to manufacturing and maintenance costs.

Or industry can opt for solutions such as ours, in which the machines are not limited to performing the task but, thanks to AI, have the ability to make decisions and resolve on their own the incidents that occur in variable production, minimizing downtime and working with maximum performance.

HOW WE DO IT

Our goal is not to change the conveyor systems in order to automate them, but to create the automation that can work with the conveyor systems that our customers already have.

To work with parts that are transported in a chaotic arrangement inside a deformed container, the robot must be able to work in a non-deterministic scenario, with a freedom that tends to human capability. It must have the ability to decide paths, pick-up points and find solutions to incidents as they arise, in order to be as versatile as a human being.

Our solutions, based on virtual reality technology with 3D localization, robotics and AI, have the ability to make decisions and work as close as possible to how a human being would. The implementation of this new technology in the field of industrial robotics opens up a new range of possibilities for automating tasks that until now could only be performed by humans.
