CPM-SG Containerizing Portable Machine Bir Parts and Containers

Summary: The CPM-SG machine is designed to stack parts coming out of a container in a container.

Target: flat or deep-drawn parts of 1200mm, which can be stacked, coming out of the press.

RDS: Solution Racking Press Exit: RACKING DOUBLE SIDE

Objective: TIER1 Automotive STAMPING.

Requirement: To place the parts coming from the press exit inside the container/rack, by means of a conveyor belt.

Solution: Modular system, collects the stamping parts in movement, one by one or stacked, from the conveyor belt at the press exit. 8 to 10 sec/robot. Locates the position of the drop-off point, to avoid deformed racks or stacks of parts that move during stacking.

  • It can pick up a single stack or a stack of parts, so the cycle time in the stack is reduced from 10 to 2 sec.
  • It can be programmed so that each module picks up a different model, or if the production is high of a single model, two modules can pick up the same model of
  • piece in half the cycle time.
  • Grippers for vertical or horizontal stacking.
