NON-DETERMINISTIC ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS
We manufacture standardized machines, with 3D vision technology and artificial intelligence, that have the capacity to make decisions. This allows us to automate complex industrial processes and solve tasks that until now were limited to people.
Thanks to the application of artificial intelligence, our machines do not limit themselves to performing the task, but they solve by themselves the incidences that occur in variable production, minimizing downtime and working with maximum performance.
Until now, robotics has always worked within deterministic scenarios. All movements, paths,… are determined; they are fixed. This has limited the performance of the solutions, forcing an ordered sequence when manipulating objects with a robot.
With the adoption of 2D and 3D localization systems, this has been slightly improved, but without avoiding the limits of the deterministic scenario.
The reality is that our customers transport their products in disarray inside deformed containers, or hanging on racks, or on conveyors. In short, the parts are always out of order and the conveyor systems are deformed and deteriorate over time.
This means that, in order to automate these processes, the container parks must be updated with others in which the parts are well positioned, with precise containers, etc., which makes it unfeasible due to manufacturing and maintenance costs.
Or industry can opt for solutions such as ours, in which the machines are not limited to performing the task but, thanks to AI, have the ability to make decisions and resolve on their own the incidents that occur in variable production, minimizing downtime and working with maximum performance.
